Fotballfysio forteller om våre ART kurs:

fredrikbirkemo

From a Chiropractor in France/Germany

joanchiroart

Active Release Techniques® at TOP LEVEL

waynediesel

ART® Europe has been running courses in Europe since 2009. We started up with running our courses in collaboration with Leeds Carnegie and Rhinos Rugby. Since then we have established many new course venues and professional collaborations in several European countries. You can now follow our course modules in the best sporting environments.

Active Release Techniques® has during these 5 years been able to set ground in Europe. More and more practitioners dealing with soft tissue injuries, prevention and performance enhancement are following our course modules. ART® is for many practitioners the “Missing Link” in their line of work. Some common remarks from course participants with many years of experience in treating top level players and athletes:

  • “This is the way to do it. Brilliant way of teaching functional anatomy, palpation and treatment techniques”.
  • “I can’t understand what I have been doing prior to ART”.
  • “I thought I knew anatomy and how to palpate soft tissues. I was wrong.”
  • “It’s amazing what you actually can feel when doing palpation correctly”.
  • “The results I’m able to provide with this techniques is overwhelming”.
  • “Everyone dealing with soft tissue in their line of work, should be certified in ART”.

The basic premise is simple, just not easy. Shorten the tissue, apply a contact tension and lengthen the tissue or make it slide relative to the adjacent tissue. It’s as simple as playing a piano and just as difficult. We will teach you to find every tissue by touch and to make fast permanent changes in them. We will practice every single treatment protocol with you. You work on the instructor and we work on you so that you can learn at a much faster rate.

Lower Extremity course in Finland May 2014

Having been treated with ART® a few years ago and realising how effective it was made my mind up for a career change! I decided to do ART® Upper last year which was hard work but very rewarding at the end and the instructors Shane and Heather were awesome! I enjoyed it so much that I wanted achieve full body cert as soon as I could. Sadly there were no courses in the UK for lower body so took the plunge and travelled to Finland. This was a great decision! I got to meet like minded individuals from another part of Europe, look at some good scenery and also get taught by Nicolai and Katrin who were outstanding instructors. Im now looking forward to Spine in December hopefully with all the instructors mentioned above! If your looking for an easy course where you just turn up and get a certificate then do not even bother. If however your passionate about your profession ready to work hard and put in the extra hours to bring your clients the very best in soft tissue training then get involved. This is an awesome technique and its made even better because of the instructor team!

Rich Knight – London, UK

Just got back from the ART lower extremity in Finland yesterday! The course and instructors completely exceeded all my expectations! I was able to take the knowledge I learned and put it into action in the clinic today, and can already see how it is going to make such a difference for my patient care in the future! Can’t wait to do the next one!
