Had a great time attending a Nicolai van der Lagen ART Lower Extremity course, very challenging but very rewarding few days. Would highly recommend to any Sports Massage Therapists/Soft Tissue Therapists wanting to continue to learn, improve both hand skills and knowledge base.
Shane is an integral part of my performance team and he has definitely added to my game over the past 3 years. His skills as a Sports Chiropractor & Active Release Techniques (ART®) Provider ensure that I am prepared physically for each round I play. I believe working with Shane is helping me to prevent injuries and will hopefully lengthen my career.

It was time to wrap up this year’s course schedule with Spine course in Moss, Norway. Course participants had backgrounds such as Manual Therapy, Chiropratic and Physiotherapy. Two of our course participants came all the way from Slovakia. We also had clinicians from UK and Finland besides the Norwegian delegates.
Our course venue at the HQ is designed to host medium classes for hands on training, and it work very well. Demonstrations are done on the flat screens and in the groups by the treatment tables. Anatomical applications are used during the whole class for guidance. Clear instructions, relevant clinical relationship and hands on training are what you can expect from a course held by our Instructors. You might also discover that most of your training partners at our courses are highly dedicated and motivated clinicians seeking to help their patients and athletes as optimal as they can.
It was time for us to start up our NEW course venue in Finland. It was the first time we hosted an ART® course at Tampere Medical University (TAMK). Course participants were mainly from Finland, but a couple of the clinicians had found their way from UK.
The medical campus and development area was modern and still under construction. The University was smartly organised and the staff was wonderful. We had access to all necessary equipment and much more… Easy access to cafeteria and Hotel from the venue.
We are pleased to announce our NEW professional collaboration with the Norwegian Manual Therapy Association (Physiotherapists with master degree in Manual Medicine). Members from the association can now register and join the Closed course held at the HQ Office in Moss.
THIS COURSE IS ONLY FOR MEMBERS OF NMF IN NORWAY! MAX 20 participants!
We have the pleasure to announce our NEW course venues in Europe. Our post educational modules in ART® will now be available in Alicante in Spain, and Amsterdam in the Netherlands. We will start with the Upper Extremity module at both venues. We are looking forward to be working with dedicated colleagues and to meet more clinicians at our NEW venues.
If you are thinking of joining an ART® course in general, please do be advised to register early and get your study materials. Our courses are intensive and require a certain level of anatomical knowledge from the participant.
